Head-Royce School is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head's Office Coordinator to provide vital administrative support in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will assist the Executive Assistant to the Head of School by managing scheduling, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and supporting the office's daily operations. Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact for visitors and inquiries, ensuring a professional and welcoming front desk experience. This position also includes supporting key members of the head's office with strong, proactive administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking skills, the ability to manage frequent interruptions while staying focused on tasks, and proficiency with office software, including Google Workspace. We're looking for someone with at least two years of administrative experience who can work both independently and as part of a team. A commitment to promoting equity and inclusion, along with excellent organizational and communication skills, is essential. Understanding and support of Head-Royce's mission, emphasizing character, intellect, and creativity. This position requires on-site work, with no remote work options available. Office Hours: 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
$32 - $34 an hour

Travel: Light travel potentially throughout the year
Education: High School required, Bachelor's degree preferred
