Job Duties:
As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:
• Perform proper techniques of scheduled floor care and preparation of areas to be cleaned, scrubbed, buffed, stripped, refinished, waxed, or sealed as well as carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and chemicals.
• Operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment including but not limited to floor buffers/burnishes, water extraction machines, and carpet cleaning equipment.
• Spot cleaning of carpets as needed.
• Extraction of liquids from carpet and treat areas appropriately.
• Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Work Environment:
- Walking around
- Very busy chemical manufacturing plant
- Working around hot and cold temperatures
- Buildings are spread out
- Ride in a shuttle van from one building to another
Hourly Rate: $ 14.00
Shift: Monday to Thursday, and some weekends as needed, from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am
Location: Seadrift, TX.
