Marketing Manager – Travel Industry
Greater Los Angeles Area (hybrid)
A well-established travel company is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead full-funnel campaigns for its travel programs. This role is responsible for driving lead generation, increasing bookings, and supporting both B2B2C and B2C marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, partnering closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to strengthen revenue and brand performance.
This position offers an opportunity for a marketing leader to drive measurable growth, shape high-visibility campaigns, and make a significant impact within a dynamic segment of the travel industry.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee content and promotional assets, including brochures, social media, videos, and a centralized asset library.
- Lead multi-channel marketing programs, including web, content, paid media, email, SMS, events, and direct mail to generate leads and bookings.
- Optimize website experience, manage UX/CRO, analytics, and CRM lead routing to Sales.
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across social and search channels; manage SEO and retargeting strategies.
- Provide marketing enablement tools for group leaders, including co-branded landing pages, templates, and guides.
- Track market trends and competitor activity, using insights to inform campaigns and priorities.
- Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and agencies to ensure ROI, CAC, and funnel performance goals are met.
Marketing Manager Qualifications:
- At least 8+ years of experience leading multi-channel marketing and demand generation programs.
- Must have experience in the travel industry.
- Proven ability to drive leads, conversions, and measurable results while collaborating closely with Sales.
- Strategic individual who is also comfortable being hands-on and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong creative and brand awareness with experience overseeing content, design, and video.
- Proficiency with CRM/automation platforms and analytics tools
