Job Details



We’re seeking a Director of Maintenance & Engineering to lead all aspects of maintenance strategy, facility operations, fleet reliability, and vendor/labor oversight at a high-throughput, 24/7 logistics terminal. This is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership role with strategic autonomy and strong executive support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, engineering preferred
  • Professional Certification in Engineering preferred
  • Further training in maintenance/engineering/asset management would be well regarded.
  • Preferred minimum 5 years of supervision
  • Preferred minimum 2 years technical/engineering experience with preferably automated container handling equipment – automated stacking cranes and auto straddle carriers, or other comparable equipment and technology
  • Labor relations experience
  • Experience with safety and environmental compliance programs
  • Purchasing, inventory control, and cost accounting experience
  • Experience within 24/7 operational environments preferred.
