Job Description
This position supports all aspects of the criminal justice system and requires exceptional customer service while assisting end users with desktop, laptop, and tablet support services. What you will do:
- Resolve hardware/software issues staff encounter with desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, monitors, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Maintain an inventory of agency software and hardware.
- Work with VITA to manage refresh processes and equipment upgrades.
- Provide security for file shares and other applications.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of help desk and desktop support experience.
- 3+ years of hardware support (PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, monitors).
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 and Microsoft Office 365.
- 2+ years of remote user support.
- 2+ years of basic computer networking knowledge.
Highly Desired Skills:
- Experience supporting Xerox multifunction hardware.
- Familiarity with VITA systems or processes.
- HP/Dell certifications.
- A+ certification.
