Compensation & benefits
- Pay: $0.60–$0.65 CPM (based on experience)
- Weekly earnings: Approximately $1,510–$1,730
- Additional pay & programs: Driver referral program with unlimited earning potential

- No-touch freight / Drop & Hook: 100% no-touch dry van freight
- Dedicated account: Semi-local dedicated routes
- Home time: Home most nights; occasional layovers may be required
- Equipment: Late-model tractors (company-provided)
Primary responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
- Execute timely pickups and deliveries on assigned dedicated routes, ensuring freight integrity and customer satisfaction.
- Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip vehicle inspections; report defects and maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate logs, inspection records, and other required documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customer contacts regarding routing, schedules, and incidents.
- Report accidents, delays, safety concerns, or compliance issues immediately and cooperate with incident investigations.
Minimum qualifications
- License: Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A)
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
- Location: Position based in West Jefferson, OH; candidate must reside within 60 miles of the location
- Eligibility: Meet DOT medical requirements and be able to pass required pre-employment and periodic drug and alcohol screenings
- Language: Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and effective communication with dispatch and customers
- Age: Must meet minimum age requirements for interstate operation where applicable
