Job Details
Our client is seeking a dedicated Hearing Instrument Practitioner to join their team. This role involves providing exceptional hearing care services, managing daily office operations, and contributing to the business's growth through outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Hearing Care Services
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations, including:
oSound field testing
oAir and bone conduction
oSpeech reception thresholds (SRT)
oLoudness discomfort levels (LDL)
oMost comfortable loudness levels (MCL)
- Fit patients with hearing instruments tailored to their hearing loss and lifestyle.
- Provide personalized recommendations for hearing solutions.
Patient Care
- Deliver follow-up care to ensure patients adhere to checkup schedules.
- Maintain a high standard of service, supporting long-term hearing health needs.
Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations and supervise the Patient Care Coordinator (PCC).
- Step into PCC responsibilities as needed.
Professional Environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace.
Financial and Marketing Support
- Execute accurate financial procedures, including cash management and software utilization.
- Track and report on referrals generated through marketing efforts.

Qualifications
Required
- Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the applicable state or province (or willingness to obtain one).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 10% - 20% travel between clinics----
Preferred
- Previous experience in:
oHearing instrument dispensing or fitting
oSales or customer service
- Strong communication skills for presenting test results verbally and in writing.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Strong manual dexterity in both hands for precise work.
