Seeking a highly motivated software engineer with a strong understanding of programming fundamentals and software design.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $60 - $70 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and SQL.
- Build and integrate REST APIs and implement Event-Driven Architecture leveraging Kafka.
- Ensure code quality through Test-Driven Development (TDD) and adherence to SDLC best practices.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct internal demos and presentations to stakeholders.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience Requirements:
- 4-10+ years (multiple openings) of development experience with Angular 17+, Java, Spring Boot, and SQL.
- Proven experience with REST APIs, Event-Driven Design, and Kafka.
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Test-Driven Development.
- Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Education Requirements:
- Education: B.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of credentials and experience.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
