Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills
• 1 year of composite manufacturing or related experience
• Ability to work with composite resins and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to read and interpret a 6" scale
• Composite layup experience
• Must meet the physical requirements of the role
• Must be able to work any shift

What you’ll do

• Manufacture composite aircraft parts in a production environment
• Perform lay-up, cutting, bagging, autoclaving, trimming, and/or repair work
• Read work orders, blueprints, sketches, and operation sheets
• Ensure defect-free assemblies before inspection
• Maintain logs and records (e.g., MIR sheets, DR/DI, PCOs)
• Support Lean initiatives
• Maintain a clean, safe work area aligned with FOD and 5S standards
