RPh on the Go is actively recruiting a Clinical Inpatient Pharmacist for a direct hire opportunity at a respected healthcare facility in Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Pharmacist will work in the both ED and ICU areas as a unit-based clinical pharmacist.
• Medication order entry and verification, medication profile review for appropriateness, clinical services as needed by the specific patient population, and drug information.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary teams and/or rounds as assigned per practice area
• Perform drug therapy monitoring or other pharmacist-managed consults per protocol.
• For ED/critical care services, participate in acute patient scenarios such as cardiac arrest, stroke, sepsis, trauma, etc.

Requirements:

• Active and clear Pennsylvania Pharmacist license

• 3+ years recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience

• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills

• Flexible availability to work variable days and evening shifts

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of a PGY1 residency or equivalent hospital experience

• Knowledge of Meditech
