- Our client seeks a Litigation Paralegal with 5-7 years of experience, who must be able to handle all aspects of complex litigations, from pre-litigation phase, through trial and appeal.
- Knowledge of federal district court rules and procedures, litigation terminology and documentation, and docketing procedures.
- Candidates must be computer proficient, with experience and working knowledge of Lexis, Westlaw and other litigation-research databases, and have familiarity with case management software, E-Discovery, and Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) procedures is required.
- IP litigation, PTAB and/or ITC experience is a plus.
- This position requires flexibility to work overtime as needed and some travel may be required.

Essential Duties
- Maintaining case dockets and advising attorneys of due dates;
- Organizing and coordinating document retrieval and review projects;
- Performing basic legal and factual research;
- Assisting in the preparation of pleadings, exhibits, written discovery and production documents for motions, discovery, hearings and trials;
- Cite checking and proofreading pleadings and other documents;
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of a case from pre-litigation through trial and appeal;
- Maintaining up-to-date time reports to ensure accurate client billing.
