 Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. <li>Perform intake assessments</li>
<li>Provide mental health therapy</li>
<li>Create individualized treatment plans for each client</li>
<li>Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments</li>
<li>Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan</li>
<li>Adhere to all facility and licensing standards</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Masters degree in counseling, social work, or similar field</li>
<li>Current and unrestricted therapy license</li>
<li>Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Highly organized</li>
