You’ll be joining two physicians and two advanced practice providers in a collaborative setting, supported by experienced staff and an administration that values physician input. Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights:
- Outpatient-only, adult internal medicine practice (18+)
- 4-day workweek – 10-hour shifts, 8 AM–5 PM
- No nights, weekends, or call
- Team: 2 physicians + 2 APPs; 5th provider in group
- Patient volume: 12–18/day (hour for new patients; 30 min follow-ups)
- Base salary near $300K + up to $50K in productivity bonuses
- 26 days PTO + CME allowance
- Sign-on and relocation assistance available
