We build websites for small businesses. That's it. No complicated pitch - plumbers, contractors, local shops need websites, we build them, you sell them.

What You'll Actually Do:
You find businesses that need websites (there's millions of them), you talk to the owner, show them our plans, and close the deal. That's the whole job.
How you find them is up to you:
- Door-to-door (honestly works best - face-to-face close rate is way higher)
- Cold calling businesses with no website
- Google Maps scraping
- Walking into shops and talking to owners
- Whatever works for you
We don't hand you leads unless you specifically ask for them. You're building your own thing here.
If you need tools - CRM, calling software, lead lists, whatever - just ask and we'll get it. We're not trying to nickel and dime you on resources.
What You're Selling:
Starter Plan - $199/month
- 5 pages (Home, About, Services, Contact, etc.)
- Mobile-friendly design
- Contact form
- Basic SEO
- Hosting & maintenance
- You make: $199 per sale
Pro Plan - $299/month
- 10 pages
- Blog section
- Lead capture forms
- Advanced SEO
- Priority support
- You make: $299 per sale + $25/month ongoing
Premium Plan - $399/month
- Unlimited pages
- Custom integrations (CRM, booking systems, etc.)
- Advanced lead capture & automation
- Social media integrations
- Premium SEO & optimization
- You make: $399 per sale + $50/month ongoing
The Money:
Every sale you close, you get the full commission the following Wednesday (We're working on next day pay). Then if it's Pro or Premium, you get a monthly retainer as long as they stay a client.
Example: You close 5 deals per month (3 Premium, 2 Pro)
- Month 1: $1,797 upfront + $0 retainers = $1,797
- Month 2: $1,797 upfront + $200 retainers = $1,997
- Month 3: $1,797 upfront + $400 retainers = $2,197
- Month 6: $1,797 upfront + $1,000 retainers = $2,797
- Month 12: $1,797 upfront + $2,200 retainers = $3,997
So after a year of closing just 5 deals a month, you're making almost 4 grand a month being conservitive.
Close 10 a month? You're at $6-8K by month 12.
Close 20 a month? $10-15K is totally realistic.
There's no cap. Just depends on how much you want to work.
The Recruiting Thing (Optional But Smart):
Here's something most people don't realize until they're a few months in - you can recruit other sales reps and make money off their sales too.

How it works:
- You bring someone onto the team
- They close deals and make their full commission (you don't take anything from them)
- You get an override on their sales (basically a bonus on top)
- They make their money, you make extra money, everyone wins
The override structure:
- You get 10-20% of what they make (we'll go over exact numbers when you start)
- They still get 100% of their commission - this comes from the company, not their pocket
- So if your recruit closes a $399 Premium deal, they get their $399, and you might get an extra $40-80 just for bringing them on
Becoming a team manager is actually pretty easy:
- Recruit 3-5 people who are closing deals
- Help them out when they have questions
- You're now making overrides on 3-5 people's sales on top of your own
Again, totally optional. Some people just want to sell and keep it simple. Others want to build a team and scale up. Your call.
Who Should Apply:
People who want to make money and aren't afraid to put in the work.
Good fit if you:
- Are hungry and self-motivated
- Don't need someone checking in on you every day
- Can handle hearing "no" a lot (comes with sales)
- Want to make real money, not just a paycheck
- Are willing to learn and figure things out
- Can talk to people comfortably or are willing to learn how to properly communicate
Not a good fit if you:
- Need constant hand-holding
- Give up after a few rejections
- Want us to do everything for you
- Expect to get rich without actually working
- Can't work independently

Real Talk About What to Expect:
Month 1-2 is your ramp-up period. You're learning the pitch, testing what works, and building your rhythm. Some people close their first deal in week 1, others take a month. Either way, you're figuring out your style and getting comfortable with the process.
Month 3-4 is when things click. You've got your pitch down, you know how to handle objections, and closing starts feeling natural. This is when you'll start seeing consistent money coming in.
Month 6+ is where it gets really good. Your retainers are stacking every month, you're closing deals without even thinking about it, and you're probably considering recruiting to multiply your income even more.
The people who make the most money here aren't necessarily the most experienced - they're just the ones who stick with it and stay consistent. If you can show up and put in the work, you'll make money.
