Occupational Therapist (OT) Maternity Leave Coverage

Fredericksburg, VA

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide maternity leave coverage for a school district in Fredericksburg, VA. This is a full-time, onsite-only position covering two elementary schools located less than five miles apart. No COTAs are assigned to this caseload.

• Contract dates: January 5, 2026 April 10, 2026

• Two elementary school sites (less than 5 miles apart)

• Onsite only

• No COTAs

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
