We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated maintenance team. In this role, your primary focus will be on HVAC installation, repair, and preventive maintenance across our diverse property portfolio. While your main responsibilities will center on HVAC systems, you may occasionally assist with general maintenance tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Installation: Install HVAC systems, electrical components, and related wiring.

Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

Repairs: Diagnose and repair or replace defective parts.

Troubleshooting: Analyze system issues and identify root causes.

System Performance: Recommend improvements to optimize system efficiency.

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of work completed.

Communication: Clearly explain system issues and repairs to tenants or team members.
Required Skills:

Solid understanding of construction practices and building codes

Safe and proficient use of hand and power tools

Physically able to work at heights and lift heavy equipment

Qualifications:

Proven HVAC or property maintenance experience
