Job Summary
Small private school in search of a reading specialist to provide instruction for one student on a daily basis. We need a specialist to work one hour a day three to four hours a week during the morning hours.&nbsp;The reading specialist will collaborate with our speech therapist to implement appropriate programming. Patience and flexibility is key in this position.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assess students' reading abilities and identify areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Develop and implement individualized reading intervention plans.</li>
<li>Monitor student progress and adjust instructional methods as needed.</li>
</ul>
Skills
<ul>
<li>Strong background in literacy development.</li>
<li>Proficiency in using learning technology to enhance instruction.</li>
<li>Ability to create engaging lesson plans that foster a love for reading.</li>
</ul>
Schedule:
<ul>
<li>Monday to Friday</li>
<li>Three to Four Hours Per Week</li>
<li>Mornings Preferred</li>
