Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) San Tan Valley, AZ
Location: San Tan Valley, AZ
Dates: July 11th, 2025 May 21st, 2026
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Caseload/Details: Mixed Caseload, PK-12
Job Details:

Screen, evaluate, and assess students' speech and language abilities.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and goals for students based on evaluations.

Provide direct therapy services to students and monitor their progress.

Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other school staff to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students' speech and language development.

Write detailed reports and set goals for student progress as part of the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process.

Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.

Work with a mixed caseload of students, from Pre-K to 12th grade, addressing a variety of speech and language challenges.
Requirements:

Valid Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License.

Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Master's preferred).

At least two (2) years of experience providing therapy services to children.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with parents, teachers, and staff.

Must possess and maintain a valid DPS IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
