General Function:
The Customer Service Representative handles calls from new and existing business clients regarding a variety of requests efficiently and effectively. They use knowledge of Luxottica products and services and strong customer service skills to:
- Address issues
- Provide support
- Offer information
- Place orders
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and process orders
- Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot issues
- Document customer interactions and call types
- Maintain service levels and uphold Luxottica's standards
- Follow up with customers regarding order and shipping status, and product availability
- Handle inbound calls for up to 90% of the assigned shift
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 1+ years of customer service, hospitality, or call center experience
- Clear and professional telephone etiquette
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Good listening and comprehension skills
- Team-oriented with interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Excellent time management and task prioritization
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to navigate internal systems and the internet
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- SAP experience
- Experience in the optical industry
- Familiarity with client products and terminology
- Bilingual (French/English)
