Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
\n\nResponsibilities\n

- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in a dynamic ICU setting.
- Assist in the management and implementation of patient care plans.
- Respond to codes and rapid responses within the hospital.
- Titrate critical drips including pressors, sedation, and antiarrhythmics.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including RTs and hospitalists.
- Float within a designated region to provide ICU coverage as needed.

\n\nQualifications\n
- \n
- Current RN licensure and ability to work in Colorado.
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience, with charge nurse experience preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications required.
- Experience with Epic charting system desired.
- Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips independently.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and float across facilities as required.
