Position Overview:

We are seeking a Property and Casualty Insurance Producer to join our Colorado Springs office. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying client needs, offering appropriate insurance solutions, and providing outstanding service to both English and Spanish-speaking clients. This position is ideal for someone passionate about helping people, driven by results, and excited about building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide insurance quotes and sell property and casualty insurance policies (auto, home, renters, liability, etc.)

• Educate clients about policy coverage options, pricing, and benefits in both English and Spanish.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system.

• Follow up on leads, referrals, and renewals in a timely manner.

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal insurance regulations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Participate in community outreach and networking events to grow your client base.

Qualifications:

• Active Colorado Property and Casualty Insurance License (Required)

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)

• Previous sales or customer service experience in insurance or financial services preferred.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance CRM systems.

• High school diploma or equivalent
