Our company is currently seeking an Accounting Bookkeeper - A/R And A/P Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and keeping track of invoices and statements for our company. You will be representing our Accounting Department.
Responsibilities:
- Verify the vendor invoices for accuracy and match them with quotes
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Keep track of our credit customers accounts and notify management for past due invoices
- Assist our management in getting information regarding all accounting inquiries
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields is highly preferred
- Experience with current ERP accounting software and reporting tools
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Industrious, detail and deadline-oriented (Punctuality, attention to details, and focus on deadlines)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of basic business practices
