What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one nursing care to children & young adults in their homes
- Deliver skilled, compassionate care for complex needs
- Build relationships with families who truly value you
Requirements
What You Bring
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Pediatric nursing experience is a plus (training provided!)
- Experience providing skilled one-on-one nursing care in home settings preferred
- Experience supporting high-acuity pediatric home cases, such as trach or vent care, G-tubes, seizure care, or similar complex needs, is a plus
- Experience delivering family-centered, patient-first care is a plus
- Compassionate communication with patients and families while supporting complex medical needs is a plus
