<p>We are looking for an <strong>Operations Manager</strong>:</p>

<li>Oversee day to day operations at New Jersey facility</li>
<ul>
<li>Includes plant, yard, maintenance &amp; QC</li>
</ul>
<li>Understand projects, both short term and long term</li>
<li>Prepare production forecasts</li>
<li>Drive efficiency and reduce hours</li>
<li>Reduce overtime</li>
<li>Improve housekeeping</li>
<li>Improve safety</li>
<li>Control overall costs and P&amp;L</li>
<li>Hold employees accountable</li>
</ul>
<p>In need of someone that is a go-getter and will drive change on the production floor. </p>
