Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Aesthetic Sales Representatives to join our team. In
this commission-only role, you will promote and sell our cutting-edge product lines to medical
spas, dermatologists, anti-aging regenerative medicine physicians, orthopedists, sports
medicine specialists, and plastic surgeons.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Texas Biomedical Consultants’ innovative products, solutions, and devices.

Establish and maintain relationships with medical professionals and businesses in the

aesthetics industry.

Introduce and effectively communicate the benefits of our products to potential clients.

Achieve and exceed sales targets within your designated territory.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Qualifications Needed:

Must be based in Austin or its surrounding areas.

1-2 years of medical sales or B2B sales experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Bachelor’s degree desired.

Department of Defense, VA, and/or Government sales experience preferred.
Compensation:
This is a 1099 independent sales position. Commission rate averages between 30-50%.

What specific product lines will they be carrying? Is it mainly ortho, aesthetics, or spine?
General answer: products presently being used in the orthopedic, neurosurgical, regenerative medicine and medical aesthetics space
FDA approved, Harvard med-tech developed, cutting edge solutions
Specific answer: our 1099 representatives will carry a disposable adipose tissue harvesting, processing and transfer system, stem cell therapy solutions, VR headset for patients dealing with anxiety, depression, insomnia, pain, and/or PTSD, hair restoration technology and accessories, hyperbaric chamber technology and accessories, and exosomes for the skin, hair, and overall well being.
Example of one of our technologies: VR headset technology is a technology that is FDA approved, reimbursed technology, no trunk stock or inventory required, physician writes the script, approved by insurance, technology delivered to the patient, protocol followed, returned back to the company
Call points: plastic surgeons, cosmetic surgery, facial plastic surgery, orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, neuromuscular skeletal physicians and specialists, dermatologists, anti-aging and regenerative medicine physicians, physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R), and med spas. Primarily: innovative, "first user," technology driven physicians and thought leaders. Secondarily: physicians who have a private practice type facility and are interested in generating additional revenue streams for selves and practice.
Candidates:
Orthopedic reps or clinical specialists with existing relationships with orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, spine physicians, PM&R, and/or regenerative medicine physicians
Skin solutions representatives who have existing relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, facial plastic surgeons, med spas.
Opportunity
This is an opportunity for someone to generate a passive, residual, monthly income stream using their existing relationships and expertise. "Mailbox money," perfect for the 1099 contractor that also carries additional product lines in this space.

Virtual assistant support to assist with appointment setting, CRM database input/output, management of sales

Compensation range from $5,000 - $30,000 per month (depending on product line and milestones achieved)
