Primary Responsibilities:

  • Apply expertise to influence and create the evolution of omni-channel strategies to support key segments to support and drive customers through the buyer’s journey.
  • Assist Senior Marketing Manager with the development of insights-driven value offers, claims, positioning statements and key messages.
  • Assist Senior Marketing Manager to develop, drive, and execute yearly marketing and communications strategies and tactics, working with product managers and, when needed, cross functional teams.
  • Develop KPIs for yearly marketing plans and regularly report on campaign and project performance, making recommendations for adjustment throughout the year.
  • Regularly identify trends and marketing strategies from other leading global B2B brands to glean insights on best practices and new innovative ideas for marketing tactics, including audits of how we can acquire, nurture, and retain customers.
  • On a project basis, determined with the Senior Marketing Manager, lead the work of internal and external agencies to interpret business/marketing needs and preferences that enable agencies to deliver high-quality, effective creative strategies and impactful, integrated tactics.
  • Design, write, optimize, and produce creative that supports the company’s marketing objectives in omnichannel executions based on a project basis, determined with the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Work in partnership with designers and copywriters to optimize email and social creative based on best practices.
  • Own the process and platform utilized for digital asset management of field enablement messaging and creative.
  • Aid in developing and maintaining internal marketing resources platform for communicating marketing initiatives across the company.
  • Implement SEO/SEM strategies and tactics for optimized web presence; monitor and report on web traffic, including managing and reporting on Google Analytics
  • Monitor project status and budget across paid and organic campaigns.
  • Identify available paid media placements across the medical device industry and select those that best reach our target audience.
  • Purchase ad space or time on identified, third-party media platforms, such as editorial, print, and digital.
  • Manage and track details related to all marketing and communication projects including timelines, due dates, requested edits to content, budgets, and exceptionally scrutinize detail across managing all projects.
  • Understand and become an expert on the company’s regulatory processes and SOPs to ensure marcomm messaging compliance with regulatory bodies
  • Manage trafficking assets and tracing performance for reporting back to marketing leadership with the ability to make recommendations for adjustment.


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of directly related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business administration. MBA preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of traditional, digital, and social media channels.
  • Experience working with third party creative and production vendors.
  • Experience in CRM platforms and marketing and social automation platforms, preferably HubSpot and/or Salesforce
  • Experience in paid placement executions including but not limited to LinkedIn Navigator, behavioral targeting platforms, and third party vendor/association placements.
  • Proficient in content creation, strategy, Google Analytics, email marketing, and paid social advertising.
  • Must be strategic, possess a strong attention to detail, demonstrate good writing and editing skills, and have exceptional organization when it comes to project management practices.
  • Detailed knowledge of regulations, best practices, and compliance in regulatory regimes.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, HTML/CSS, A/B Testing, and other CMS.
  • Proficient in data analytics to determine important data and be able to suggest improvements.
