South Florida represents a significant untapped opportunity for the brand across luxury hospitality, premium cocktail programs, independent retailers, private clubs, lounges, and lifestyle-driven venues aligned with the MayaJules consumer.
MayaJules operates with a growth-focused and performance-oriented structure, including quarterly sales objectives, strategic reporting, and ongoing market expansion initiatives designed to support long-term brand growth.
Role Description
MayaJules Mezcal is seeking experienced independent sales brokers / territory partners to drive account acquisition, sales growth, and market expansion throughout South Florida.
This is a goals-driven, entrepreneurial sales role focused on opening quality accounts, increasing depletions, growing recurring orders, and expanding MayaJules’ footprint within strategically aligned venues and retailers.
Candidates should already possess strong hospitality and beverage industry relationships and understand how to grow a luxury spirits brand through both placement and sales performance.
This is an independent yet collaborative role reporting directly to the Founder & CEO. Candidates will work alongside a supportive leadership team and global sales partners across the UK, Bahamas, Mexico, and the United States.
Responsibilities
- Open and grow strategic on-premise and off-premise accounts
- Drive recurring sales and depletion growth throughout assigned territory
- Develop relationships with beverage directors, hospitality groups, bartenders, buyers, and retailers
- Identify new sales opportunities aligned with the MayaJules brand positioning
- Coordinate tastings, account visits, and activations to support account growth
- Collaborate with distributor partners and leadership on territory strategy and performance
- Maintain consistent communication regarding pipeline activity and market opportunities
Qualifications
- Existing relationships within the South Florida hospitality or beverage industry
- Proven sales experience within spirits, wine, beverage, or hospitality industries
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Self-directed, entrepreneurial, and performance-oriented mindset
- Understanding of premium / luxury brand positioning
- Agave spirits experience preferred
