Location: Remote
Clearance: Must obtain TSA Public Trust
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
Certifications (All Required):

• Strategy Certified Analyst (ANL)
• Strategy Certified Architect (MCA)

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience working in data analysis, reporting tools, and performance dashboards, with an emphasis on user support and visualization tools.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain reports and dashboards in Strategy
• Conduct end-user support and training sessions for field offices
• Create system documentation, guides, and training materials
• Track and validate data for monthly and ad-hoc report updates
• Work with technical teams to define data mapping, filters, and metrics

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with TSA or DHS environments and reporting requirements.
• Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or similar ticketing tools.
