Position: Occupational Therapist (Full-time)
Location: Montrose, CO
Summary

The Therapist/Clinician evaluates and treats patients, communicates with residents, families, and team members, and maintains accurate documentation. This role also provides training and in-services on restorative techniques, ensuring compliance with medical practices, regulations, and professional standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Respect residents’ rights and privacy at all times
- Supervise therapy assistants and students in direct patient care
- Collaborate with patients, families, and staff using a positive, team-oriented approach
- Maintain productivity standards and comply with reimbursement regulations
- Evaluate patients based on physician referrals and develop goal-based treatment plans
- Deliver care according to treatment plans and document services accurately
- Ensure adherence to professional, ethical, and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with valid state license or eligibility
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong commitment to person-centered care with dignity, respect, and compassion
- Ability to interact professionally with residents, families, staff, and agencies
- Experience working with elderly, disabled, or emotionally challenged individuals
