Digital Consultants seeks a Helpdesk Specialist to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals for the U.S. Access Board. You’ll resolve technical issues and maintain consistent user support while adhering to federal security and accessibility standards.
Duties to include:
- Provide help desk support via phone, email, and in-person for end users.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, mobile, and printer issues.
- Deploy and maintain standard device images and configurations.
- Maintain security settings per CISO guidance and apply software updates.
- Manage ticket tracking and resolution within service level targets.
- Provide AV and IT support for conference room setups and meetings.
Requirements:
- Clearance: Public Trust (active or ability to obtain)
- Education: High School or equivalent.
- 5+ years of relevant experience supporting enterprise IT Helpdesk Operations
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as MS Certified Modern Desktop Administrator associate, or CompTia A+ are desired.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, VPNs, and mobile device management.
- Familiarity with accessibility tools (JAWS, Dragon, etc.).]
- The candidate must, with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to sit, stand, use computers and monitors, and perform duties in an office environment for extended periods. The candidate must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. on occasion (e.g., move a case of paper or similar task) that may occur on occasion.
