M&A Analyst – Lookout Pest Control (Percheron Capital-Backed)

Lookout Pest Control, backed by Percheron Capital ($3B+ AUM), is hiring a highly analytical, motivated M&A Analyst to support our fast-growing acquisition strategy. In this role, you'll work directly with business owners and senior execs to gather operational and financial data, enhance our valuation models, and drive actionable insights for decision-makers.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with business owners to collect and interpret key financial data.
- Own and optimize data workflows to support due diligence and deal analysis.
- Build and refine financial models in Excel (Python/SQL preferred for automation).
- Contribute to internal investment memos and Board presentations.
- Partner cross-functionally with executive leadership to evaluate strategic M&A opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years in investment banking, PE, corporate development, corporate banking, FP&A, or transaction services.
- Strong modeling and Excel skills; Python/SQL or automation experience is a plus.
- Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with strong project management abilities.
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
