Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are partnering with an independent retail pharmacy in North Dakota seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a contract or direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for pharmacists who enjoy community-based practice and making a direct impact on patient care. Travel accommodations are provided for non-local candidates.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 3540 hours per week
• Store Hours:
• MondayFriday: 8:30 AM 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM 1:00 PM
• Closed Sundays

• Employment Type: Contract or Direct Hire
• Travel: Travel accommodations available if needed

  Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify and dispense prescription medications
• Provide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and proper storage
• Supervise pharmacy technician(s) and ensure efficient, compliant daily operations
• Maintain adherence to state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a close-knit community pharmacy environment

  Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted North Dakota Pharmacist License
• Minimum 1 year of retail pharmacy experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to work in a small, independent pharmacy setting
