Hematology/Oncology opening in Colorado Springs, COFull-time, PermanentAn established Cancer Care Program in Colorado Springs is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Hematology/Oncology Physician to join a high-performing multidisciplinary team delivering comprehensive cancer care across southern Colorado. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine advanced oncology practice with meaningful rural outreach, helping expand access to specialty cancer services in underserved communities.

- This role includes outreach hematology/oncology services approximately 6 days per month in rural Colorado communities, including:
- Travel to outreach locations is required (approximately 2–3 hours from Colorado Springs).
- Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care in outpatient and affiliated clinic settings
- Collaborate with an established team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurse navigators, social workers, and support staff
- Deliver outreach oncology services to rural clinics
- Coordinate patient care across multiple care sites
- Utilize EPIC EMR system-wide
- Participate in quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives
- Support ongoing clinical growth and program development
- Share in limited group call responsibilities
- Established team of 12 physicians, 8 advanced practice providers, and Multidisciplinary support staff

- Colorado medical license required prior to start
