Seeking an experienced, driven Parts Manager to lead our parts department and ensure smooth, efficient operations. This role is essential to supporting our customers, technicians, and overall dealership performance through strong inventory management, accurate parts procurement, and effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all daily parts department operations for efficiency and profitability

Manage inventory levels, special orders, and cost controls

Maintain strong working relationships with Ford OEM vendors and suppliers

Accurately price, order, and receive parts using dealership management systems

Oversee returns, cores, and warranty documentation

Provide timely parts support to the service department

Reduce obsolete inventory and uphold dealership standards

Train and develop parts department staff

Analyze department performance and implement improvement strategies

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience in an automotive dealership parts department (management or assistant management preferred)

Strong knowledge of Ford OEM parts systems and DMS platforms

Proven inventory management and cost-control abilities

Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills

Highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
