We're looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Mobile, AL. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working directly with clients and managing all aspects of accounting and tax preparation.
???? Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Manage bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial forecasting.

Handle tax returns, including income, sales, and payroll taxes.

Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.

Collaborate with internal staff to support client goals and business operations.

Communicate directly with clients to provide accounting support and solutions.
✅ Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a CPA firm.

Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and tax software (Thomson Reuters experience is a plus).

Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required).
