Job DescriptionAbout the Opportunity:This is an opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a Commercial Real Estate company in downtown Manhattan. They are seeking an experienced Integrator / Operations Manager to partner with their visionary CEO and drive the execution of key initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing structure, accountability, and process to fast-moving teams, with a strong background in operations, leadership, and project management.About the Company:Our client is a Manhattan-based commercial real estate firm specializing in sales, leasing, and investment advisory. With a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture, they pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, deep market expertise, and innovative strategies that drive results for their clients. Role and Responsibilities: Lead operations and team management with a strong LMA (Leadership, Management, Accountability) approach. Translate the CEO’s vision into actionable 90-day plans and measurable objectives. Define, implement, and refine core business processes, removing barriers to efficiency. Run Level 10 (L-10) meetings and ensure alignment on goals and priorities. Establish, track, and report on KPIs for both the sales and operations teams (experience with CRM platforms such as PropertyBase a plus). Identify and implement technology and systems (CRM, reporting dashboards, etc.) to streamline operations. Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy (PropertyBase, marketing platforms, etc.). Act as the main point of communication between the CEO, sales team, and support staff to ensure priorities are aligned. Manage and mentor the sales team and operations staff to achieve peak performance. Qualifications: A proven operations leader with experience in scaling teams and implementing structure. Background in commercial real estate or related industries (preferred). Skilled at building processes, driving accountability, and aligning teams with company vision. Strong proficiency with CRM tools, reporting software, and project management platforms (PropertyBase, Asana, Trello, etc.).
