Robert Half's commercial property management client is looking for an organized and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Pleasanton, CA. In this long-term contract position, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the office. Front Desk Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distribution.

• Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system with efficiency and courtesy.

• Maintain accurate records and organize files for easy access and retrieval.

• Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.

• Coordinate concierge services to support office needs and visitor requirements.

• Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook to complete daily tasks.

• Provide administrative support to ensure seamless office operations.

• Foster strong interpersonal relationships with colleagues and clients to enhance collaboration.
