We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team in a large manufacturing facility. The role involves standing on the battery line, ensuring batteries are properly filled with the correct fluids, and requires candidates to be on their feet for long periods each day. You will be responsible for putting parts into machines that go into batteries, lifting battery packs with the help of another person and a small crane, and visually inspecting parts as they move through the machine.
Responsibilities
- Stand on the battery line and ensure batteries are filled correctly.
- Put parts into machines that are used in battery production.
- Lift battery packs weighing up to 80lbs, with assistance.
- Visually inspect parts and operate machinery by pushing buttons.
- Input and log data into the computer and on sheets.
- Cross-train in all areas of the plant over time.
- Potentially train on forklift and overhead crane for the shipping area.
Essential Skills
- 1 year of assembly experience preferred.
- 1 year of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 80lbs.
- Basic computer skills for data entry.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in assembly line and machine operation.
- Production and warehouse skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
