Sharpconta is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Event Coordinator to plan, organize, and execute company and client events. The ideal candidate will be passionate about events, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to manage logistics, vendors, and schedules with efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute corporate and client-facing events from conception through completion

  • Manage event logistics including venue selection, permits, catering, AV, and staffing

  • Coordinate with vendors and negotiate contracts and agreements

  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness

  • Prepare detailed timelines and communicate with stakeholders to ensure all milestones are met

  • Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and gather feedback

  • Maintain accurate records and reports on each event

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software is a plus
