About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer who’s ready to shape, evolve, and
champion the Felt Right brand across every touchpoint. This role sits at the intersection
of design, storytelling, and strategy—you’ll craft work that not only looks great but drives
awareness, engagement, and growth.
You’ll join a collaborative, in-house creative team that partners closely with marketing,
product, and sales to deliver world-class campaigns and experiences. From high-level
concepting to final pixel, you’ll bring ideas to life that make Felt Right unforgettable.

What You’ll Do
- Lead creative execution across digital campaigns, lifecycle marketing, landing
pages, social, event branding, and physical collateral.
- Own projects from concept through production—balancing creative excellence
with strategic impact.
- Partner with writers, marketers, and product designers to bring cohesive
storytelling to every channel.
- Evolve and expand our brand system, ensuring consistency and craft across all
platforms.
- Contribute to scalable design systems and visual libraries used across marketing
and product.
- Present and defend creative work with clarity, purpose, and data-driven
reasoning.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently without compromising creativity or attention
to detail.
What You Bring
- 4–6+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or visual design—ideally within a
B2C company, in-house brand team, or design-led agency.
- A portfolio that shows both conceptual thinking and executional polish across
brand and digital work.
- Strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop,
After Effects).
- Deep understanding of typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and storytelling
through design.
- A strategic mindset—you think beyond visuals to the business goals behind
them.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build
alignment across teams.
- A proactive, curious approach—especially when it comes to leveraging tools like
AI to accelerate creativity.
Bonus Points
- Experience working with licensed brands (e.g., Minecraft, Peanuts), balancing
creative freedom with strict brand guidelines.
- Experience supporting an in-house photo or content studio, from set design to
asset creation.
- Motion or video editing chops that bring design systems to life in new ways.
