Job Purpose:
The Intern for Human Resources assists in various administrative tasks in the HR department through assigned projects that enhance all areas of Human Resources.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· This position does not have supervisory responsibilities
Essential Functions:
· Complete projects as assigned with
· Projects to include updating and auditing:
o I-9 documents
o Company acknowledgments
o State and federal tax forms
o Employee personal and contact information, including phone number and email address
o Profile picture
o Identification and licenses
o Other forms and documents as required
· Use Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to trigger ongoing notifications for different audit touchpoints
· Assist departments within human resources with support in accomplishing projects
· Other projects to be determined by Director
Competencies:
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Ability to collaborate and pivot quickly as priorities change
· Ability to multitask
· Use of Microsoft products a plus
· Use of HRIS systems a plus
Qualifications:
· 1+ year experience with HR systems and processes preferred
· 1 + years of experience with Quality Management Systems preferred
· 2+ years in a service-related position
Work Environment:
· This position is located in an office environment and may allow for hybrid remote work

· High School diploma
