Job DescriptionSalary: $50,000-$65,000/year
The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive support to executive leadership, with a significant emphasis on accurate, high-volume data entry and information management. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and ensures that data integrity and confidentiality are always maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support
Manage extensive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive review.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
2. Data Entry & Management(Key Focus)
Accurately enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data across multiple databases and systems.
Regularly audit and verify data for errors, making corrections as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Generate and format data-driven reports and summaries for decision-making purposes.
Develop and maintain systems for tracking information, action items, and follow-ups.
3. Administrative Support
Organize and maintain digital dat in an accessible, secure manner.
Prepare and reconcile expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders.
Support project management efforts by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
4. Confidentiality & Professionalism
Handle sensitive information with the highest standards of discretion.
Maintain professionalism in all communications and interactions.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Outstandingdata entry skillswith demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and speed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and cloud-based databases; experience with enterprise data management tools is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High standard of confidentiality and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting executives.
- Familiarity with workflow automation or data analytics tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
