• Coordinate schedules and handle inquiries to support office operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to casual office standards.
• Provide timely communication and updates to team members and management.
• Learn and adapt quickly to office processes and procedures, with full training provided.
• Support the team during busy seasons with flexibility to adjust hours as needed.
• Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.• At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
• Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and handling incoming calls effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to learn and execute basic office tasks with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Adaptability to work flexible hours, including increased hours during busy periods.
• A positive attitude and willingness to support team needs.
