Direct Hire Registered Nurse Role $45-$50.48 per hour in Albuquerque, New Mexico
Clinical Magnet (part of ICON Medical) is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join an In-Home Services program in Albuquerque, NM.
This is a DIRECT HIRE, full-time opportunity with a Monday–Friday day schedule.
Responsibilities of the Home Care RN:
- Provide in-home skilled nursing care in accordance with InnovAge policies and applicable regulations
- Triage participant and staff phone calls to determine care priorities
- Assist with participant exams, testing, and treatments
- Complete certification/recertification orders and discharge summaries
- Implement physician orders and instruct patients/families on medication and treatments
- Schedule and coordinate specialist appointments and hospital admissions
- Perform general nursing duties including medication administration and monitoring compliance
- Maintain thorough documentation and charting for all care provided
- Conduct client care assessments, reassessments, and develop individualized care plans
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in care conferences, peer reviews, quality management, and utilization reviews
Qualifications of the Home Care RN:
- Associate’s degree in nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico
- Current First Aid and BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
- Valid driver’s license, personal transportation, and auto insurance
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with the frail or elderly
- 1+ year of home care experience required (No OASIS required)
Compensation and Benefits for the Home Care RN:
- $45–$50.48 per hour, based on experience
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
