About the Position: Senior Litigation Attorney

Compensation:
$110,000 - $120,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court hearings and in front of government agencies in Cinnaminson, NJ.
- Prepare, revise, and finalize legal documents meticulously, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide legal and business transaction advice to clients, ensuring clarity and actionable solutions.
- Engage in negotiations to efficiently resolve disputes and reach settlements.
- Ensure adherence to all legal standards and regulations in Cinnaminson, NJ.
- Manage administrative tasks related to case management and client interactions effectively.
Qualifications:
- Licensed attorney in New Jersey (Pennsylvania license is strongly preferred as well).
- 10+ years of legal experience with a strong foundation in litigation.
- Expertise in Real Estate Law and Homeowner Association Law is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A team player with the ability to build meaningful client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (experience with Amicus Attorney is a bonus).
- Motivated, empathetic, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
