Respond to work orders, travel to client site and perform minor residential construction repair services such as drywall repair, tape, texture paint. Changing of door hardware, replace damaged light fixtures, minor siding repair and other common minor repairs for occupied residential buildings. Must have clean reliable vehicle (milage reimbursement), have the ability to be client facing and to effectively manage time and a route. Clean and professional appearance, ability to communicate verbally, and in writing. Ability to operate software apps and to work in collaboration with office team.
