Pharmacy Technician Compensation

• Pay rate: 24.45
• Shift 2 Differential: +$1.00/hour
• Shift 3 Differential: +$2.50/hour
• Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service on eligibility dates

Schedule

• Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities

• Work under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist to fill prescriptions and prepare IVs.
• Collaborate with the Billing Supervisor to enter data into the computer system for prescription fulfillment and reimbursement processing.
• Prepackage medication for dispensing in accordance with standards and government regulations.
• Assist the Pharmacist with final checking of filled prescriptions, including staging, packaging, and coordinating timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory practices—receiving, rotating, and recording medications and supplies.
• Support the Technician Supervisor in ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
• Check and maintain calibration, safety, and cleanliness of pharmacy equipment.

Pharmacy Technician Requirements

• Active Utah Pharmacy Technician License required
• Previous pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
