The Role
We’re looking for a Brand Creative Lead — a visual storyteller who can turn what real estate agents feel into what the world sees.
This isn’t a typical “designer” role. You’ll own how the Click Contracts brand looks, sounds, and feels across every ad, video, and campaign. You’ll work directly with our CEO, marketing, and sales teams to turn insights from the field into scroll-stopping creative that drives growth, adoption, and community buzz.

What You’ll Do
- Create what makes people stop scrolling. Turn real-world pain points into visuals, hooks, and videos that drive demos and signups.
- Build a brand people want to join. Develop Click’s look, tone, and identity — consistent, modern, and magnetic.
- Lead the creative loop. Collaborate with our ad strategist and BDR team to align real agent feedback with marketing campaigns.
- Design & edit across formats. Static graphics, social videos, landing page visuals, and short-form ads — all produced with creative precision and speed.
- Measure and improve. Track creative performance, report insights, and evolve based on what works.

You’ll Work Closely With
- CEO: for creative direction and brand vision.
- Ad & Funnel Lead: to test and scale winning creative.
- BDR Team: to capture market language and objections that become ad copy and visuals.
- CSM Team: to support adoption and activation through visuals and storytelling.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years in creative, multimedia, or marketing design (SaaS experience a plus).
- Strong portfolio of ad creative, video edits, and brand storytelling.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and short-form video tools (Premiere, CapCut, After Effects).
- Excellent copy instincts — you can write a killer hook or headline.
- Data-aware mindset — you want to know if your creative worked.
- Self-starter energy — you thrive in fast-moving, no-bureaucracy environments.
