RPh on the Go is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a 12-week contract-to-hire opportunity with a Long-Term Care Mail Order Pharmacy in Albuquerque, NM. This is an excellent chance for pharmacists with retail or LTC experience to step into a fast-paced environment and transition into a full-time permanent role.

Position Overview:

• Title: Staff Pharmacist

• Location: Albuquerque, NM

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 3:00 PM 12:00 AM, rotating weekends

• Environment: Long-Term Care Mail Order Pharmacy

• Job Type: 12-week contract to hire

Job Duties:

• Order verification and medication review

• Overseeing pharmacy technician workflow

• Ensuring compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations

• Supporting the LTC pharmacy team in a high-volume setting

Requirements:

• Active New Mexico Pharmacist license

• Previous retail or long-term care pharmacy experience

• Ability to work evening shifts and rotating weekends

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
