Job description
Drummers Garden Center and Floral is seeking a full-time bookkeeper. The candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast paced environment, be computer literate, proficient in Quick Books and Microsoft Office. The candidate should have the ability to work with deadlines and details and have a professional and positive attitude.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Inventory processing within specialized software
Accounts payable and receivable
Daily register reconciling and deposits
Processing mail
Tabulate payroll hours for submission to payroll processor
General office duties
Skills
Strong communication skills-written and verbal
Ability to adhere to deadlines, manage multiple projects and prioritize
Great attention to detail and accuracy
Strong computer knowledge

Ability to work with others to accomplish goals
Candidate should have at least one year office experience.
